Takarayama Brewery is a small sake brewery founded in 1885, now run by the fifth generation.
Since our founding, we have remained small in scale, in order to provide our customers with heartfelt,
handmade sake.
The sake we deliver is always fresh.
About ten years ago, when I returned to this brewery after living in the Kanto region,
I thought that the sake I bought at a local liquor store was delicious.
However, I took on the role of fifth-generation brewer, the first time I tasted freshly brewed sake here at
our brewery, I was truly astonished by its "sweet, refreshing aroma like a pear" and "pure, delicate flavor."
That moment of wonder is something I will never forget.
Sake is alive, changing its aroma and flavor with the seasons.
ILike any living thing, it has a perfect moment to be enjoyed, and freshness is the key to experiencing its
true flavor.
With a desire to share the wonder and joy I once felt, I would like to reveal the true essence of sake and
bring you the freshest sake, straight from our brewery.
